- Return and Exchange Period
We allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us within this period to initiate the return process. - Return and Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following requirements:
The item must be new, unused and undamaged.
The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and instructions.
If any gifts were included, they must be returned as well. - Refund Process
To request a return: Please contact our customer service team via email at help@exemplona.shop with your order number and reason for return.
To be approved: We will review your return request and respond via email with approval and further instructions for your return.
To return the item: Please return the item to the specified address according to our instructions. Please keep the return shipping label as proof and use a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. After confirming that the return conditions are met, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days and refund the amount to your payment method. - Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is caused by our error (such as sending the wrong item or the item is damaged), the shipping cost will be borne by us.
For returns or exchanges under other circumstances, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back. - Non-Returnable Items
